There is an array of commercial products available for removing urine stains in addition to odor from carpet, mattresses, and rugs. Of course they could be effective and you may opt to buy them immediately especially if you cannot anymore stand the filthy smell of your pet’s urine. However, buying commercial products can cost you some bucks. One way to save some penny is to learn how to do household measures in cleaning pet stains than investing in commercial products.

Here’s the secret: just mix two parts of hydrogen peroxide and four parts of water and then apply it to the pet urine stains. Soak up the wet stain by means of a microfiber towel or microfiber cloth, and then pour the mixture.

After pouring hydrogen peroxide combination on the stain spot, let it sit for a little moment and then use a microfiber cloth to absorb the excess liquid. After doing so, the blemish and stink ought to be vanished. If in case the smell and stain remain after you tried, wait another day then reapply the mixture. To avoid color fading, test the formula on a rug in an area that is not noticeable. If you cannot find inconspicuous area in your rug, you can try testing the formula other inconspicuous area such as under the sofa, a chair, table, and a rag that you do not anymore use.

To avoid unending pee stains and stench on your rugs, you can use an exceptionally strong or untainted hydrogen peroxide treatment. On the other hand, if you need to remove stinky cat blemished wool rug, instead of pouring the mixture which could directly damage the material of the mat, you can use fine sprayer of 75/25 mixture of hydrogen peroxide plus water and directly spray the stained rug parts.

If after the first try, the stain and odor still remain, you can repeat the application for several days while leaving the blanket sun dried every after the mixture application. You’ll see, after consecutive applications, pet stains and urine smell will completely fade away all over your rug.

On the same hand, when cleaning a cut pile wool rug which was stained by dog and cat urine for years, you can apply a strong mixture of the formula or just pure hydrogen peroxide on the stain, and again let it stand for few minutes and then soak it up using microfiber cloths. The stain and smell will be completely removed after just two applications.
Hydrogen peroxide is also known for cleaning wounds and scars, but it is much more effective as a reliable stain remover. But since it is made up of strong chemicals, you first need to test your rug for colorfastness before applying hydrogen peroxide.
Aside from the fact that it’s very useful, hydrogen peroxide is really a cheap cleaner. Just with one buck, you can easily purchase a bottle of hydrogen peroxide you can use in stain removal and pet urine cleaning.

It is important for us to clean our surroundings and make it a better place for everyone. The problem is, our means of cleaning is sometimes not really “cleaning” the environment due to the toxic chemicals that they contain. It has caught the attention of many environmental activists that’s why more and more people are encouraged to use cleaning products that do it the natural way. But the question is what is “natural cleaning” anyway?

Natural cleaning for the term natural refers to the kind of cleaning where in people refrain to use commercial products that contain toxic chemicals. It is an alternative means of cleaning our households and other places as well. The use of chemical cleaning products may be effective but when you think of it they are not practical. Aside from being expensive, the chemicals that are contained in commercial products pose a threat not only to our health but as well to the environment.

It is encouraged that people should resort into the natural way of cleaning because it is practical, inexpensive and healthy. They are also effective just like when you use expensive products for cleaning. Cleaning the natural way involves the use of organic products that are usually available in the comforts of your home such as baking soda, vinegar, borax, cornstarch and the like that can make your home clean.

Some organic natural ingredients can be also put together in order to come up of many substitutions for your commercial cleaning products. These organic materials are way cheaper than chemical products. Aside from that the natural products have low toxicity compared to commercial products. Their low toxicity contributes in minimizing the pollutants present in our environment.

One of the improvised cleansing formulas from organic products is made from adding vinegar, baking soda and water. This cleansing formula can be very effective in cleaning stains present in bathroom, mirror, shower etc. The use of microfiber cloth with organic formulations helps in cleaning the natural way. Microfiber cloth are composed of minute microfibers that capture and trap dust particles and stain molecules in areas that are hard to clean. Microfiber cloths are now readily available in markets. Its increasing popularity is due to its effectiveness. These microfiber cloths may be expensive compared to normal cloths for cleaning but still these are very effective ways to make cleaning for you. Aside from that, you just have to make sure that you buy the high quality microfiber cloth so that you get enough value for your money.

There are still many alternatives in cleaning your space. There are ways that you can use cleaning materials and products that also help maintain our environment clean. The booming of green cleaning products is a reminder for everyone that we should be aware of our environment. There are lots of alternatives that we can resort to do so as to minimize the pollutants present. The natural way of cleaning is not only cheap but it also saves the environment and our planet.

Taking Care of Your iPhone

The generation of new technology has brought us new fascinating inventions such as laptops, digital cameras, music players and cellphones. The age of technology has a great impact on our daily lives. Gadgets have become more of need than a want. Thus, most individuals have regarded their gadgets as precious belongings that should be taken good care of. One of the latest innovations in the line of cellphones is the new iPhone by Apple. It has lots of applications that most people are yearning to earn one. But how can you assure that your iPhone is always at its best?

There may be lots of products available in the market that promises to keep your iPhone in good shape. But aside from these products, the simplest way to take care of your iPhone is by making sure it is always clean. There might be a problem with cleaning an iPhone because of its touch sensitive screen that most people don’t know how to clean and ending up making some damages in their phone.

iPhone is a sensitive gadget that using just any other cleansing solution would not be advisable when cleaning it. Using such might only cause serious damage to your phone. It is advised that you take extra care when cleaning your phone and this will take some time. Rushing into cleaning your phone might damage the inner parts or the touch sensitive screen.

There are different materials that would greatly help when cleaning your phone such as a microfiber cloth. You can use water and microfiber cloth when cleaning your iPhone. When cleaning, make sure that you are relaxed so that damages can be avoided. Listening to your favorite songs while cleaning your iPhone is a good way to make you feel relaxed. Refrain from using chemical products such as alcohol or acetone when cleaning the screen. These products may only cause serious problems.

Put a small amount of water in a cup then dip the microfiber cloth. Make sure to that the water is just enough. You can check if the water is enough by wiping the microfiber cloth to a glass. If there are no leftover streams of water then the water is enough but if water accumulates on top of the glass then you might as well dry off the cloth. Wipe the screen of your iPhone and make sure that no drops of water are left behind. Do this in up and down motion only and not in circular manner to refrain from leaving smudge marks behind. After a couple of wipes, your iPhone is now cleaned. Make sure to clean your iPhone regularly maybe once every week.

If you follow the simple steps above then for sure you will not have problems with your iPhone. A reminder is that you should not make cleaning a complex thing. You should not always rely into chemical products that claim to clean your iPhone. In most cases, the easiest way to clean gadgets and even other materials is by using water because it is safe as compared to other chemicals.

WINDOW:

Window cleaning products are not really necessary to keep your windows clean. All you really need is a microfiber cloth dampened with water. A microfiber cloth is more effective in cleaning your window as compared to window cleaners or a wet newspaper.

For optimum results do not dampen the entire microfiber cloth with water and leave half of the cloth dry. Wipe the window (including the borders) using the wet side first, and wipe it with the dry part of the cloth after. The wet cloth will loosen any accumulated dirt on the window surface, while the dry part will give it a polished look.

If your windows have stubborn dirt on them, you may remove them with an organic kitchen cleaner or detergent.
If there are areas in your window that cannot be reached by your hands, or if you cannot reach your windows at all, we recommend using the microfiber mop. This mop will allow you to clean hard to reach areas of your window and leave them spotless. Just remember to use special pads called “window pad” which is specifically designed for this kind of job.

BATHROOM:

Do you know that you can keep your bathroom clean without using detergents and other types of cleaning chemicals? To clean your toilet’s exterior, simply use a wet microfiber cloth with a small amount of organic/non-toxic soap. To clean the inner part of the toilet bowl, use the following solution: ¼ cup of baking soda with 1 cup vinegar. Pour the mixture into the toilet bowl and let it stand for a couple of minutes. Scour the area with a brush and wash with water afterwards. You may also use a mixture made with 2 parts borax and one part lemon juice. Meanwhile, you can remove lime scale deposits using pumice stone or by pouring vinegar on it.

Like the outer part of a toilet bowl, sinks and tubs can easily be cleaned using a wet microfiber cloth with some organic/non-toxic soap. For better results leave the wet microfiber cloth on the area being cleaned for a couple of minutes. To take off rust or grime below the tap, simply rub it with a microfiber cloth dampened with vinegar or citric acid. Tile grooves and other crevices can also be cleaned with the microfiber cloth.

It is always best to clean your shower cabinet, faucets, and tiles with the microfiber cloth immediately after taking a shower. This way, the dirt is still loose and can be cleaned more easily. You may also use the microfiber cloth to clean your bathroom mirror and wall tiles. Again, use the microfiber mop together with its special pad called “Wall pad”, to clean areas which are difficult to reach.

KITCHEN:

Do you know that the kitchen harbours more bacteria than any other place in the house? As such, it is very important to always keep it clean. Use a wet microfiber cloth to remove grease and water spots from stainless steel fixtures like faucets, stoves and refrigerators. If the surface is extremely dirty, put some organic/non-toxic detergent on the cloth.

Also, food stains on your stove can be removed more easily if you wipe them off while the stove is warm. To avoid any accidents though, we suggest cleaning the stove a few minutes after you’ve turned it off.

To keep kitchen cabinets and shelves clean, regularly wipe them with a wet microfiber cloth. Put organic/non-toxic soap on the cloth if you feel that its necessary. If you want to cut down the frequency of having to clean your cupboards, line the shelves in your kitchen cabinets and replace them regularly.

When cleaning your microwave, it is advisable to spray water inside the microwave first. This will soften any dirt and food stains inside the oven and make it easier to remove using a damp microfiber cloth.
On the other hand, you may use the microfiber duster to remove dust from underneath the refrigerator, and the back of your stove, oven, or other kitchen equipment. The microfiber duster attracts dust particles and pollen, leaving your family safe from inhaling these harmful pollutants.

BEDROOMS AND FAMILY ROOMS:

To keep the floors of your family and bedrooms sparkling clean, simply wipe the floors with a microfiber mop every once a week. You can just wet the mop with water or you may use an organic/non-toxic cleaner. Doing this is enough to keep your floors looking new and dirt-free.

Meanwhile, you may use the microfiber Smart Duster to clean below the bed stands and underneath the bed. The electrostatic fur of the Smart Duster not only captures dust, dander, and other particles; it also allows you to clean hard to reach areas.
Drawers, shelves, and night stands should be cleaned regularly with a microfiber cloth (dampen cloth if needed). Other fixtures like heaters, lamps, and even the blinds, should be also dusted frequently as these objects also collect a lot of dust.
Air sheets as often as possible and vacuum your curtains every once a month or so. Wash linens and bed coves in hot water to kill dust mites.

MORE SUGGESTIONS:
The microfiber cloth you have used in your bathroom should not be used on other parts of the house, to prevent bacteria from spreading.

Regularly wash the microfiber cloths; you can clean them in the washer using the hot or warm cycle or immerse them in boiling water for 4 minutes.

Stains or watermarks are easier to clean when they are still fresh. However, you may also remove them using water with a bit of dish washing soap or citric acid. Citric acid is effective in removing rust, lime, and mould.

To remove chewing gum on fabric, simply put an ice bag on the area with the gum or if possible, place the entire clothing in the freezer. The chewing gum can be easily removed once it has frozen.
Use a white eraser to remove stains on the wall.

To remove candle wax on clothing, sandwich the fabric with a paper towel or brown paper (grocery bag) before ironing it. This will allow the paper towel to suck up the candle wax.

To clean gold and silver jewelry, soak them in a bowl of clean mild soap for approximately 1 hour. Afterwards, rinse them in warm water and pat them dry with a microfiber cloth. Meanwhile, pearls can be cleaned by wiping them with a dry or damp microfiber chamois cloth. This will prevent dirt from building up, and keep perspiration (which is acidic) from ruining the pearl nacre.

Last but not the least, make cleaning fun by putting on some music; sing or dance to the beat and before long, you will be surprised that you’re already finished.

The Microfiber Swivel Mop

Cleaning can be such a daunting task especially with outdated tools. Old mops from the tool shed prove to be ineffective in cleaning the floors thoroughly. Technological advances have greatly improved cleaning tools and have addressed the limited capabilities of old mops. The Microfiber Swivel Mop is one such advancement which is designed to deal with a wide range of messes from the easy to the downright dirty.

The Microfiber Swivel Mop is a revolutionary cleaning tool that addresses two things: how well the floor is cleaned and how fast this is achieved. The Microfiber Swivel Mop effectively loosens and catches any and every dirt molecule it comes into contact with allowing it to clean any surface in one fluid and swift motion. It is a very versatile tool which can be used in any sort of floors from hardwood to kitchen tiles and may also be used as a wet or dry mop. It can also be used to clean the ceiling. Its unique design also allows it to access small and tight spaces making it an all around cleaning tool.

The effective technology lies in the 16-inch mop pads equipped with a series of ultrafine, especially looped microfibers. Its unique design allows for more friction making it a more efficient cleaning tool by easily loosening the dirt and picking it up effectively. This mop picks up more dirt compared with any other mop. It also glides over any surface with ease cutting down the cleaning time and making cleaning up an easier task. It also eliminates the need to use harsh chemicals as wetting the pad is enough to do the trick. The mop pad is also reusable and machine washable, cutting down the cost dramatically.
